The SHARE Museums East Conference will be held at Firstsite, Colchester on the 19th November 2018. The conference will look at how we can diversify the way we work to make our museums more accessible and appealing to a wider range of people, and in the process make them more resilient too. There will also be an update on the new ACE Accreditation scheme, due to be launched on the 1st November 2018.

In addition, there will be a range of presentations and breakout sessions including:
• developing young trustees
• diversifying audiences through working with your community
• decolonising your museum
• making your museum autism-friendly
• widening your volunteer base through social and crowd volunteering
