The team at Orford Museum is delighted to announce that they have been offered the opportunity to exhibit the Barrow Collection of Celtic ironwork in some of their cases in Orford Castle.
The team explains that “these beautiful objects have been loaned by a local private collector and we are grateful for his generosity. The exhibition will be available to visitors to Orford Castle from August Bank Holiday and will stay there for the following three months and we hope that many Orford residents will want to visit it.”
“There will be a Private View of the exhibition for the Friends of Orford Museum on Wednesday, 23 August from 5pm to 6pm though, of course, Friends of Orford Museum have free access to the Castle and the Museum whenever the Castle is open. If you would like to join the Friends, please email email@example.com.”
