The artist was a regular visitor to Ipswich. The River Orwell and the Waterfront inspired his paintings, as did town resident Sarah Lyon. Come on this walk to discover what Ipswich was really like in late Georgian times. It’s step free and accessible for people with restricted mobility. Part of the Constable 250 project led by Ipswich Museums and supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
