Time & Motion: Capturing The Lifeblood Of A Racing Yard

When: July 9, 2022 to December 4, 2022 Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm Venue: National Horseracing Museum Address: 2 Palace St, Newmarket CB8 8EP, UK Cost: Included in museum admission price; children under 16 go free. Event category: Exhibition

The National Horse Racing Museum are thrilled to bring you an exclusive collection of stunning black and white photographs by Jayne Odell FRPS.

Jayne Odell developed a passion for equine photography after moving to Newmarket in 2016. Her work conveys the unique rhythm of a town devoted to horse racing as she captures beautiful images of thoroughbreds in training as well as the landscape and kinfolk of Newmarket. Jayne became a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society in 2020 and is now an Assessment Panel Member.

In her first exhibition for the National Horseracing Museum, Jayne captures the atmosphere and emotion of moments rarely seen by those outside racing and her images show the diversity, talent and dedication of those working ‘behind-the-scenes’ in racing.
