The Taste of Italy: Pasta Making Workshop

We’re bringing a taste of Italy to the Museum this summer, as we’re joined by locally based chef Sally Bycroft, for a pasta-making workshop.

The session will include:

– Welcome glass of prosecco
– Learning how to use a pasta machine to make pasta sheets
– Discussion on fillings and sauces
– How to make a basic pasta dough
– Colouring pasta for striped tortellini
– Cooking and eating your own pasta dish.
