Come and get involved as Orwell Astronomical Society members will be observing the Sun (safely!) to see what disturbances are happening on the surface…there should be lots of sunspots and prominences to see.
You will be able to have a look either directly through one of the special filtered solar telescopes or, via a camera and display system. Of course, we cannot legislate against clouds so fingers crossed for a clear blue sky!
