Norfolk Internal Combustion Engine Day at NASAM
The Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum is pleased to be able to host an exciting day of engines, courtesy of the Norfolk Internal Combustion Engine Society (NICE) on Sunday the 16th of April. On display will be a selection of Stationary Engines, Tractors, Horticultural Machinery, Classic Cars, Motorcycles, Table-Top Collections and a large and enthusiastic radio-controlled collection, all accompanied by their NICE owners.
The NAAFI cafe will be open for the serious business of tea (or coffee) and cake, and the shop will be offering a wide range of aviation related goodies to help you make the most of your day.
Entrance to the Museum, and parking when you arrive, are all free, but donations are appreciated to help with the maintenance of all the exhibits and to help the Museum growing.
There will be aeroplanes on display that date from before the war through to the Canberras, Lightnings, Hunters and Harriers that have seen service in the RAF in more recent times.
The museum is wheelchair friendly with access to all areas – apart from aircraft cockpits.
