Vintage Buses and Railbus Day on 28th June

Sunday 28th June is the Middy’s popular Vintage Bus Day. There will be a selection of road buses of a certain age on display, some of which will be offering rides around the local area.
Also, we will still have the guest Railbus for this last Sunday in June. Visitors will be able to ride to the end of our extended line, now approximately 2 kilometres there and back. Buses on both rail and road, never been seen before at Brockford!

All the Middy facilities will be open including The Museum, Tea Room, Restoration Shed, real ale bar and souvenir shop and visitors can ride the railbus as often as they like during their stay.
The Mid-Suffolk Light Railway offers a fascinating picture of what life was like on and around a rural railway during the last century. It will be a great day out for families and railfans alike.
