Constable 250 Workshop: Flower Garden Collaging
On Wednesday 5th August join Ipswich Art Society artist Jennifer Hall to create your own Flower Garden Collage. Come and be inspired by Constable’s Flower Garden paintings and make your own garden collage picture by cutting, tearing, drawing and sticking. There will be lots of coloured paper and old magazines to hunt through to find just the right flower, leaf or tree!
Sessions are 45 minutes long and start at 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 1 PM, and 2 PM. All materials will be provided along with full guidance. This event is suitable for ages 5+. Younger children may need help from an adult. Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times.
This workshop will take place in the Great Hall, located on the ground floor. For helpful information, such as how to find us and what facilities Christchurch Mansion has, we recommend reading our Access information: Access at the Mansion
The Constable 250 project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we are able to deliver Constable inspired family holiday workshops March 2026 – March 2027.
