Southwold Museum and Historical Society present their Winter Lecture series:
Andrew Wallington-Smith will speak on ‘The Lords of the Manor of Southwold and the Castle’.
Andrew’s diverse historic interests cover heraldry, mediaeval Scotland, the Royal Navy, and, as a Trustee of Southwold Museum, local history. He also seems to have acquired the unofficial role of Recorder of St Edmund’s Churchyard and conducts tours of both the Church and the Churchyard.
